Data Deletion Instructions

Important Notice: Deleting your account and data is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up all content you wish to keep.
1. How to Delete Your AutoIP Account and Data
We provide two methods for you to delete your account and personal data:
Method 1: Delete Through Platform Interface (Recommended)
- Log into your AutoIP account
- Go to the "Account Settings" page
- Select the "Account Management" option
- Click the "Delete Account" button
- Read the deletion warning message
- Enter your password to verify your identity
- Click the "Confirm Delete" button
Processing Time: Immediate
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot log into your account, you can send an email to: jslee@youhack.com
Email Subject:Request to Delete AutoIP Account
Email content should include:
- Your registered email address
- Your account name (if you remember)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Identity verification information (e.g., last four digits of the phone number used during registration)
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
2. Remove Social Media Connections (Without Deleting AutoIP Account)
If you only want to disconnect social media accounts but keep your AutoIP account:
- Log into your AutoIP account
- Go to the "Social Account Management" page
- Find the social account you want to remove
- Click the "Disconnect" button next to the account
- Confirm the disconnection
Important: After disconnecting, we will immediately delete the authorization token for that social account, but you still need to revoke AutoIP's app permissions on each social platform.
How to Revoke AutoIP Permissions on Each Social Platform:
- Go to Facebook Settings
- Click "Apps and Websites"
- Find "AutoIP"
- Click "Remove"
- Go to Google Account Management
- Select "Security"
- Click "Third-party apps with account access"
- Find "AutoIP"
- Click "Remove Access"
- Open TikTok App or website
- Go to "Settings and Privacy"
- Select "Security"
- Click "Manage My Account"
- Select "Apps and Websites"
- Find "AutoIP" and remove authorization
- Go to LINE Developers Console
- Select your Channel
- Find "Connected Services"
- Remove AutoIP's connection
- Go to X Settings
- Select "Security and Account Access"
- Click "Apps and Sessions"
- Find "AutoIP"
- Click "Revoke Access"
3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Data Deleted Immediately:

| Brand information and settings | Immediate |
| Generated content (posts, scripts, images) | Within 30 days |
| Personal data (name, contact info) | Immediate |
| Subscription plan information | Immediate (subscription cancelled) |
Data Retained (As Required by Law):
- Transaction Records: Retained for 5 years (tax regulation requirement)
- Invoice Information: Retained for 5 years (tax regulation requirement)
- Anonymized Usage Statistics: Used for service improvement, cannot identify individuals
Note: Deleting your AutoIP account will not automatically delete content already published to social media platforms. You need to manually delete published posts or videos on each social platform.
4. Delete Specific Content (Without Deleting Account)
If you only want to delete specific generated content:
Delete a Single Post or Script:
- Go to the "AI Works Management" page
- Find the content you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button
- Confirm the deletion
Delete Brand Information:
- Go to the "Brand Settings" page
- Clear or modify the information you want to delete
- Click "Save Changes"
5. Can Deletion Be Reversed?
Cannot Be Reversed: Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We cannot restore deleted accounts or data.
Before deleting, we recommend:
- Export any content you wish to keep
- Cancel all active subscriptions
- Back up important brand information
- Confirm that you no longer need to use the Platform services
